Once again Sankara Eye Foundation's one of the most successful marathon event is back this year on August 29rd, 2009 at shoreline Park, Mountain View. iWalk comes with an exclusive training program for all the runners or walkers of the bay area who would be interested in participating for half marathon or 5km /10km.

Our goal is to raise $100,000 to support the surgeries in our six hospitals in Coimbatore, Guntur, Krishnankoli, Anand, Banglore and Shimoga. This will help us provide timely treatement to Michael,Koteswaramma,Saramma and thousands of other needy people. By helping us achieving our goals you will get
- Exclusive training for half marathon.
- Training for 5K/10K run or walk.
- Free food on the event day.
- Enjoy the SEF Carnival (lots of games for kids, mehendi, etc..)

- Registration on Active.com closes on Thursday Aug 27th at midnight 11:59pm
- Pre- registration for the event ends on Thursday Aug 27th at midnight 11:59pm
- Registration will be available at the event at Shoreline Park starting at 7:00 am.
- Children
5 and under Free. A parent needs to sign the waiver form in
order for the kids to participate in the walk. Please sign the
waiver at the event.
