Exemplifying the true spirit of community service, Mr. Nayan Dalal leads the New Jersey-based Dalal Family Foundation, established to honor the benevolent teachings of his parents, Jyoti and Pravin Dalal. Guided by the twin principles of "Profit with Purpose" and "Growth with Goodness," the foundation has championed philanthropic initiatives across the United States and India for over two decades, focusing on health, education, support for seniors and women, disability empowerment, and animal welfare.

A pivotal force in transforming thousands of lives, Mr. Dalal has been a major donor to the Kalyanam Karoti Eye Institute in Mathura—a hospital built by the Sankara Eye Foundation, USA, in partnership with Kalyanam Karoti, Mathura. For him, Sankara stood out for its “due diligence, commitment, and operational efficiency. They have a solid foundation, a powerful vision, and, most importantly, the ability to turn generosity into real change,” he noted at the inauguration.

Born and raised in Mumbai, India, Mr. Dalal moved to the United States to pursue his MBA. Today, Mr. Dalal, his wife Bindu, and their three children live by his family's guiding philosophy: "If you light a lamp for somebody, it will also brighten your path."
