Venkat Maddipati has been a part of Sankara Eye Foundation (SEF), USA since 2000. He spearheaded the fundraising campaign for the Sankara Eye Hospital, Guntur, and many other campaigns along with the Bay Area Telugu Association (BATA) and the Telugu Association of North America (TANA).

As a Board Member of SEF, USA, he has led successful fundraising campaigns for various hospital projects. He thrives on building relationships with new donors, keeping them updated about Sankara's expansion plans, and seeking their continued support. Together with his wife, Visala, he has traveled to attend many large events and national conferences to promote SEF, USA’s cause.

Venkat is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur and worked in the software industry for 35 years. He recently joined SEF, USA as Chief Growth Officer.
